Love Law does not provide legal advice
Through its online legal consultations, Love Law Online Pty Ltd (Love Law) aims to compile relevant information about a person’s legal situation for automatic referral to Australian Legal Practitioners.
Although Love Law receives, compiles and transfers sensitive client information related to legal matters and also displays general legal information on its website and throughout the interactive legal consultations, Love Law does not and will not ever provide legal advice to any of its users.
Love Law is not a law practice and does not purport to provide legal advice to users in any circumstances. Any information displayed in the Love Law system (its websites and related literature) is general information only.
User Agreements
A condition of using the Love Law system is agreeing to the comprehensive Love Law user agreements.
Users’ execution of these agreements is binding pursuant to the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and these agreements are also considered to be “click-wrap contracts” at common law.
Love Law user agreements cover subject matter such as:
- Refund policies
- Dispute resolution
- User obligations
- Love Law’s obligations

Professional Partner Agreements
All lawyers who are registered with Love Law as Professional Partners are Australian Legal Practitioners who have agreed to a range of conditions regarding their treatment of sensitive user information.
All Professional Partners warrant that they hold current practising certificates in their state or territory of Australia and are therefore subject to the strict professional guidelines set down by their state or territory’s law society or institute.
Love Law undertakes security checks to confirm applicants for membership are registered with their state or territory’s law society or institute at the time of application.
Love Law's Family Law Forum
By using the Love Law Family Law Forum (the Forum) you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions in addition to those presented at registration as a user of the Forum:
- Love Law Online Pty Ltd does not provide legal advice of any description.
- All information provided by Love Law via the Forum or by users of the Forum is general information only and you agree not to rely on the accuracy of this information nor to consider it legal advice.
- Users of the Forum are prohibited from providing legal, medical, financial or psychological advice via the Forum.
- Users of the Forum are prohibited from advertising in the Forum.
- It is an offence under Australian law to publish the names or any information that may identify parties to a proceeding in the family courts, you therefore agree not to communicate such information via the Forum.
- You fully indemnify and hold harmless Love Law Online Pty Ltd, its employees, agents and assigns for any damage allegedly caused by the Forum.
If you do not agree to any of the terms & conditions above, you must not use the Forum.
